When placing an order, please ensure all details (including artwork and spellings) are correct. Once submitted, orders go into production and cannot be modified.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the point of order through our secure checkout.
5. Delivery
All Fundoodle orders are delivered directly to the participating school for distribution by the school or PTA coordinator.
Individual home delivery is not available for fundraising campaigns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Delays due to external couriers are beyond our control, but we will always keep your school informed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because Fundoodle products are custom-made, returns are only accepted if the item is defective.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@fundoodle.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Fundoodle products are custom-made to order, featuring children’s artwork provided through schools and fundraising campaigns. Each item is printed or produced specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, we only accept returns or issue refunds where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, email info@fundoodle.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because all Fundoodle products are personalised, we cannot accept returns for:
• Spelling or artwork errors provided during order submission
• Colour differences between screen previews and printed products
• Minor variations in artwork placement or print tone (these are normal in production)
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for personalised products. If a replacement is required due to a manufacturing issue, a new item will be produced and sent to you.

SHIPPING POLICY

All Fundoodle products are custom-made to order, featuring children’s artwork submitted through schools and fundraising projects. We take great care to ensure every order is produced, packaged, and delivered safely and on time.
2. Processing Times
Because each item is personalised, production begins only after artwork and orders are received from the school.
Typical turnaround times:
• Individual Fundraising Orders: 7–14 working days after the school’s campaign closes
• School Bulk Deliveries: As agreed with your school coordinator
We’ll always notify the school if there are any unexpected delays during production or delivery.
3. Delivery Method
All Fundoodle orders are delivered directly to your school for distribution by your school or PTA coordinator.
Individual home delivery is not available for fundraising campaigns.
Schools receive all completed orders in one bulk shipment once production is finished.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK schools only.
If your school or organisation requires an alternative delivery arrangement, this must be agreed in advance before the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery Confirmation
When your order is dispatched, we’ll notify your school or group coordinator.
Orders are distributed to parents and guardians by the school once received.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, please first check with your school or PTA organiser.
If it still hasn’t been received, contact info@fundoodle.co.uk with your school name and order reference so we can help locate it promptly.

If an item arrives damaged, please email info@fundoodle.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with:
